Package scope
Only deliverables confirmed before payment are included. Artwork, edits, stems, revisions, voice work and licences are not included unless stated.
Personal use
The Personal Edition is for personal listening and gifting. It does not automatically grant advertising, resale, sublicensing or copyright transfer.
Commercial licences
Creator and business licences should define platforms, media, territory, duration and monetisation scope. Tool, sample and distributor restrictions still apply.
Exclusivity and ownership
Exclusive use and copyright transfer require a separate written agreement. AI output may not qualify for copyright ownership or exclusivity in every jurisdiction.
Voice and submitted material
Customers must have permission for submitted recordings, lyrics, names, images and references. Unauthorised voice cloning is not offered.
Distribution
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, release date, platform availability or monetisation.
Revisions and delivery
Included revisions and estimated delivery are package-specific. Major brief changes may require a new quote.
