Minimise sensitive data

Do not submit passwords, payment PINs, government identity numbers or unrelated sensitive data. Only submit recordings and images you have permission to use.

Retention and third parties

Set a reasonable retention period for order records and customer files. Music tools and distributors may process data under their own terms.
